The Huascarán / Perú´s Highest Peak

Did you know that Perú has some of the highest mountains in the world outside the Himalayas?
This is the highest peak in Peru and the second in South America.
This highest is Nevado Huascaran (6,768 meters - 22,205 feet). This amazing ice mount is part of a great range called the Cordillera Blanca (blanca means 'white' because they are mostly covered in snow and ice).
Wich was also pronounced as Natural Heritage site by unesco, a protected area since 1975 by the government and a recognized Biosphere Reserve.
This great Apu (sacred mountain) has its origin in the Tertiary



















The Huascaran is Peru's highest peak with 6768 m south and north peak 6655 meters above sea
level,located in the Cordillera Blanca in the Province of Yungay, 21 miles southeast of Yungay .It is the most popular Nevado" means snow-covered peak in this beautiful country.

Natural Exfoliators
















If you want to have good-looking skin, try getting rid of some of it. Specifically, old dead cells that have migrated to the epidermis.
I Find really pleasant to exfoliate my skin in general.
Don´t you?
Exfoliation involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells. The skin does this process naturally about every 28 days on the skin's outermost surface,
Exfoliating, is skin treatment where the dead skin cells are sloughed off by a brush, sponge or by any other means. Face exfoliation should be an integral part of your skin care. When you exfoliate your face you remove the dead surface skin cells and the oil that cause pored to plug and lead to problems like blackheads, whiteheads, pimples and acne. If you don’t remove these cells regularly they can clog the sebaceous pores and make your skin look dull and patchy.
In addition to this, the exfoliation has been used for many years to help maintain the skin, It´s involved in the process of a facial and body treatments and considered pretty important for the good skin conditions. Actually, by combining organic natural products you could gain a soft and well treated skin. Exfoliation should always be done after cleansing the skin. A Regular face exfoliation is the best way to keep your skin clear and healthy looking.
The Frequency of exfoliation depends on skin type. If it is oily, will have to make three times a week, whereas if it's dry, just do it once a week.








Here are some tips for a natural exfoliation

1-
Exfoliation with coffee: Add and mix a little coffee with a face clean cream, wet your face and apply with soft circular movements and Wash with warm water.
2- Exfoliation with milk and oats: Mix well with two tablespoons of milk powder in half cup of rolled oats, add water gradually to form an ointment or cream, let to rest for a minute. Apply the mixture on the face and neck with a massage. Wash with water.
3- Exfoliation with carrots: Wash and chop 1 carrot and blend briefly. Mix the juice with a moisturizer. Apply once a week by circular massage on the face to remove dead skin cells that avoid the oxygenation of the skin.
4- Linseed and honey: To keep the elbows and knees soft and beautiful mix a cup of honey with 1/2 cup of warm water, add 25 grams of linseed and stir until you get an ointment, put it in the refrigerator for three hours. Rub your elbows and knees with the cream and let set for three minutes. Wash with warm water.
5- Sugar and lemon to exfoliate skin: put two tablespoons of sugar in a cup and add the juice of half lemon. After washing your face with it still wet, apply the mixture on the face in soft circular movements let set for 5 minutes and wash with warm water.
