If you want to have good-looking skin, try getting rid of some of it. Specifically, old dead cells that have migrated to the epidermis.
I Find really pleasant to exfoliate my skin in general.

Exfoliation involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells. The skin does this process naturally about every 28 days on the skin's outermost surface,
Exfoliating, is skin treatment where the dead skin cells are sloughed off by a brush, sponge or by any other means. Face exfoliation should be an integral part of your skin care. When you exfoliate your face you remove the dead surface skin cells and the oil that cause pored to plug and lead to problems like blackheads, whiteheads, pimples and acne. mmm Los Picarones
